Change a Child's Story license plate frames are constructed from high-impact polystyrene plastic and feature two holes for added convenience. Our standard location for the holes is on the top, however, if you need them on the bottom for your state, please put a note in the comments section of the shopping cart. We can customize the frame with your information with an added setup of $55.00. The item number to add to your shopping cart is setup55. Once the setup is in the cart, put the custom text in the shopping cart notes.
IMPORTANT: Please check with your state laws to determine the legality of the frame. We can not be responsible for frames deemed illegal. Because of the vast number of makes and models of both domestic and foreign vehicles and the different state license tags, it is impossible to adapt a single frame to accommodate all vehicles.
